Sleeping from 6PM to 10ish PM is so not helping my insomnia >< I’ve had trouble sleeping pretty much since I got home from my mini-vacation. Well, I’ve more or less had trouble falling asleep since I was born. My mum told me it would take ages for me to fall asleep when I was a baby… But once I fell asleep I slept for like eight hours. The sleeping problems had been a constant for most of my life, even though the severity has been changing.
