People I Met While Working

I actually met a lot more people at work than I thought I would. Between 3AM and 5AM most people seem to be asleep. Not everyone though. Continue below the fold.

At one place I saw a lade standing outside her door, baning on it cos her husband had locker her out. This was at 3.30 in the morning. She told me she’d been standing there for two hours… I felt sorry for her and thought her husband was an asshole. Even if you’ve quarelled with your wife only assholes will lock her out of the apartment.

What the hell does that mean?

I’m Not Pregnant!

I got my period! :D

Now I’m just waiting for it to be over… It hurts!

Please, Please…

My stomach hurts… Please, please, please let it be my period that’s on the way. It feels like the kind of stomch cramps I get when I get my period… I really hope it’s my period!

Also, I hope I get well soon. I went to work this morning despite having a fever. A couple of co-workers, Lynette and Tony have all told me I was crazy for going to work. So I called in sick for today (or tomorrow depending on how you count xD) and I hope I get well really soon!

Where Is It!?!?

Where the hell is my period??!?! *panicks*

I haven’t had my period in over nine weeks now. NINE WEEKS!! I know I’m irregular, but NINE BLOODLESS WEEKS!?!?! I’ve never gone longer than eight weeks ever before, and now it’s nine weeks and three days since my last period…

If I haven’t gotten my period before this weekend I’ll do another pregnancy test. The last one came out negative, I really hope it was right. I can’t deal with a pregnancy right now. I’m going to univeristy in a couple of weeks, I’m going to study and get good grades and then get a decent job, not get pregnant and fuck up my life…

More Thoughts on Marriage

Me and boyfriend went out for dinner the other day, just to get out of the house and be alone for a while. Staying with him has been really stressing for me. He lives with his parents and doesn’t have a proper room. He’s moving out as soon as he can, but what was meant to be a really temporary solution has been going on for over a year.

He told me about a co-worker or a friend of a co-worker, I can’t recall which it was now, who was going to ask his girlfriend to marry him. And I jokingly asked boyfriend if he was ever going to ask me if I wanted to marry him.

He wouldn’t ask me. he doesn’t want to get married, besides he knows I’d panic, say no, and maybe even break up if he asked. Also, his parents aren’t married and they are happy together. My parents were married and basically hate each other. I’m a bit messed up because of my dad too… So we kinda decided that not getting married seems like a better choice :)

What the Fuck is Wrong With my Friends?

One of Sweden’s most knows bloggers was sexually assaulted on vacation. I read about this in a tabloid newspaper who posted the “sex” part of the headline in LARGE letters and the rest in very small ones. Also, this blogger is young, female and pretty. So they had a huge picture of her on the front page too. This is wrong for so many reasons that I can’t even be bothered to write about it cos other people do it better.

Anyway, so what happened was that she and her friends went into a club only to discover that everyone but them where in their 40s or 50s. They didn’t leave right away and at some point one dude shoved his fingers up her vagina (which by the way is rape according to Swedish law).

I was at a friends place when I read about this and was pissed off. My friend was all like “what did she expect?” and “why didn’t she leave?” and “God, she’s stupid*”. This is what I told my friend:

Married?

A comment on L’s post made me think about peoples’ assumptions. Most of the time people don’t assume I’m getting married any time soon even if they ask if it’s ok with my boyfriend that I go out partying without him. Marriage isn’t as mandatory for women in Sweden as it seems to be elsewhere. Sweden is after all “the most equal country in the world” where women make a whooping 80-something cent to the male dollar. Where the three of four dads take paternity leave. The parents share the time off work with the dads taking 10% and the mums the rest, oh so equal.

Worried

I haven’t had a period since Mat 25-30. I can’t help but be worried even though a did a pregnancy test a couple of days ago that came out negative. If I don’t get my period for another week or so I’ll do another test… I just can’t see how I would’ve ended up pregnant if that’s the case. We use condoms as birthcontrol, have them on for all gentital to genital contact and they haven’t broken nor slipped off.

I do have an irrregular period, but I’ve never gone this long without one. I just want to know why I haven’t gotten my period yet!

Party, then Work.

Friday I woke up around 3-4Pm, had a shower and made my way over to Linda’s place. There we got dressed and fixed make-up and drank wine and hung out with people xD Then it became time to go to the club^^ I love clubbing! And this day they had a fun theme, White Night. Basically everyone dressed in while and they have a bunch of black lights in the club so everyone pretty much shine.

Lot’s of people I know was there. Among others someone I’d prefer not seeing again. But I managed to ignore him pretty well :)

Tony was there too! He’s been in Afghanistan for about two months (and now he’s gone back..Stupid army!) so I hadn’t really seen him for a while. He’s got a girlfriend now! It was the first time I met Pixie, even though we’ve both been regulars at this club for a long time. She was really nice and he didn’t ditch me for her so I was happy :)

Pixie knows Tony and me had sex a while ago, but she’s fine with that :) So she won’t be getting all jealous and stuff which is good. Tony is one of my closest friends and I would hate to lose him over some girl. Instead I think I gained a friend :D

When the club closed at 3AM I went to work xD I got there still wearing my party clothes and my boss was pretty amused. When I got off work he asked me if I could do some over time, but he was just joking. He knew I’d been out clubbing before xD
